How to Keep Your Account Secure on Mobile
Keep Screen Lock On
Keeping a PIN, fingerprint, or face lock active on your phone prevents anyone else from accessing your app. This is the simplest and most effective protection.
Use OTP Verification
OTP verification during login or large withdrawals adds an extra layer of security. Use the code sent to your mobile number promptly and do not share it with anyone.
Never Share Your Password
No 9a999 staff member will ever ask for your password or OTP. If anyone does, report it immediately via live chat — it may be a fraud attempt.
Use a Strong and Unique Password
Instead of your date of birth or simple numbers, create a password combining letters, numbers, and special characters. Changing your password regularly is also a good habit.
Tips for a Better Experience Using the App
Using the 9a999 app correctly lets you get the most out of it. Keeping the following points in mind will reduce most common issues.
- Ensure a stable connection: Before placing a bet on a live match or joining a live casino table, make sure your internet connection is stable. A weak connection may cause live odds or the dealer video to pause occasionally.
- Keep the app updated: Using the latest version through the official channel ensures new games and features work correctly and security patches are in place.
- Watch your battery and storage: Live gaming uses more battery. Charge your phone before a long session and make sure you have enough storage space on your device.
- Install only from official sources: Avoid downloading from third-party app stores or unfamiliar links — these carry security risks. Always use 9a999's official channel.
- Keep your account details private: Never leave yourself logged in on a family member's or friend's device. Use your own phone and make a habit of logging out after each session.

Play on Mobile, but Play Responsibly
Since the app is always with you, setting limits on your play becomes even more important. All betting and gaming activity on 9a999 is for people aged 21 and above only.
Set a fixed budget and play within that limit. Consider your financial situation before making a deposit. Gaming is a form of entertainment — it should not be treated as a source of income.
