1. General Provisions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 9a999 platform and all services connected to it. By registering on 9a999 or using any of its services, the user is considered to have fully agreed to every clause of these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to register on 9a999. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or taking part in any gaming activity on this platform. 9a999 may request proof of age at any time.

9a999 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. For this purpose, a copy of a national identity card, passport or driving licence may be requested. If the required documents are not provided within the specified period, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.2 Password and Access Security

It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with anyone else is prohibited. If there is any concern about unauthorised access, the 9a999 support team must be notified immediately. 9a999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from someone else accessing an account.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

Users must keep the personal and financial information in their account accurate and up to date at all times. If anything changes, it must be updated in the account settings or by contacting the support team.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The minimum deposit on 9a999 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank). Please confirm with the relevant payment provider whether any additional fees apply when making a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

4.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites

• There must be no active investigation or suspension on the account.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on 9a999 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus funds, giving a balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are given only to eligible users and each bonus has its own conditions.
• Bonus funds are not cash — withdrawals from bonus funds cannot be made before the wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• Multiple bonuses may not be active at the same time; the detailed terms of each bonus apply separately.
• The list of games on which a bonus may be used will be stated alongside each offer.
• 9a999 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.

5.3 Promotional Restrictions

Claiming bonus benefits using multiple accounts, or multiple members of the same household claiming bonuses from the same device and network, may be treated as bonus abuse. In such cases, bonuses may be cancelled and deposited funds may be withheld.

6. VIP Program and Cashback

9a999's VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses for that week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.

7. Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play Policy

Every game on 9a999 is conducted fairly. The applicable rules must be followed in all sections — slots, live casino and sports betting. 9a999 reserves the right to void the result of any round in which a technical error occurs.

7.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. 9a999 may change these limits at any time.

7.3 System Errors

Abnormal results caused by a technical fault or system failure will not be considered valid. In such situations, 9a999 will void the affected bets and arrange for the original deposit to be returned.

9a999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspected fraud or dishonest activity.
• An order from a court or regulatory authority.

9.2 Account Closure by the User

10. Limitation of Liability
